This is a terrific read to hear the stories of men who have contributed to America by doing thier duty to God and Country. Whether or not you are an Eagle Scout, you will enjoy reading this book

    I have been reading for awhile and almost done. Good book on managing people by hiring the right persons initially. Bradford Smart lists folks by A, B and C. Basically, you want A persons on your team and there are several avenues to attain that goal. Hire right, encourage A employees, create development plans to move B and C employees to A employees.
